Here's a complete description of how we clean your windows every time:

• We start by cleaning the inside of your windows. Taking our shoes off and putting down towels are just two of the many precautions we take to leave the inside of your house as clean as when we arrived.

• In addition to carefully washing the inside of your window panes, we also thoroughly clean the window tracks and window sills. (If necessary, we can also use a scraper on the inside for a small additional price. Outside scraping is normally included!)

• After we move to the outside, we start by removing all of the screens. We not only hand wash both sides of your screens with a soft bristle brush, but also wipe down the edges to ensure that your sills remain clean after we reinstall them.

• We begin cleaning the outside of your windows by washing them with a soft strip washer and a highly concentrated window washing solution to remove surface grime and dirt. Not only will our solution leave your windows sparkling clean, it will also help protect the glass from harsh elements.

• We then use a scraper to remove tougher buildup like paint overspray, bug marks, sap, etc…

• After the scrapping is complete, we thoroughly clean the window again with our strip washer and solution. We finish each pane by squeegeeing the water off and towel drying around the edges where water collects to avoid dripping and smearing. We make sure that any streaks, smears, or smudges are dealt with immediately to guarantee sparkling windows.

• When all of the windows are finished, we replace the now clean and dry screens.

• We don’t consider the job finished, however, until we’ve walked around your house to double check the windows and make sure everything is back in place.
